During the onboarding process we configure our help desk platform to receive customer requests. A mailbox is setup to receive client queries and autoresponders are configured, all under your brand) to let the client know their request is being dealt with.
Simple issues and requests are resolved by our team, anything outside of our remit, or requiring additional development is assigned to your team.
We also have a range of help desk guides to assist uses in resolving their issues and, if necessary we can remote to their client device to see exactly what is happening.
