Development

We maintain a blue print site or several, ready to be deployed with the theme, the plugins you use and all the settings ready for you to build your next great website.

We have a range of premium plugins that we can install on your sites, Gravity Forms, Jet Plugins to name but a few.  Just let us know what you need.

Atarim

Atarim can be installed to make getting feedback from your clients a breeze.

Testing

We can help with testing of new websites.  Checking that all the functions and features are working along with checking for typo’s and stock images.

Technical SEO

Having a website that “plays within the rules” of search engines is crucial for SEO success. Our Technical SEO Audit ensures your site conforms to the latest algorithm standards, maximizing the effectiveness of your other SEO efforts.

Staging Sites

Need to work on an existing site?  We can quickly setup a staging site, if it’s a site we host it takes no more than a couple of clicks.  If not we just migrate a copy to your dev domain.


DevOps

Go Live

We use Asana projects and automations to ensure a pre-agreed check list is completed when a site goes live.

Monitoring

Uptime Robot is our monitoring tool, every site we manage is checked every minute of every day.  Alerts are sent to our help desk and can be sent to your team too.

Backups

Multiple backups are taken of every site we host and manage. To various offsite locations.

Updates

Regular updates are applied to every site, normally updates are applied within 24 hours of being released for trusted plugins and themes. Full, automatic testing is carried out after every update.

Security

We take a multi-layered approach to security, from the provisioning of servers, to the server level security of each site through to secure user access. Using WAF’s, 2FA and Microsoft Authentication.

DNS

We recommend CloudFlare to all our clients, it’s fast, secure and provides a whole host of additional benefits, including easy access for us to manage DNS changes and other requests.

MailGun

All sites are configured to send emails via the MailGun service. We recommend you setup a subdomain on your clients domain to send emails and/or you create your own email sending domain.

Offload Media

For image heavy websites, or sites with lots of downloadable files we use WP Offload Media to offload the media to Digital Ocean Spaces.

Automation

MainWP

We use MainWP to manage all our client sites.  Automation means that updates are applied on a regular basis with regression testing and email alerts if there are issues.

Asana

Tasks such as putting a website live or adding a site to our management platform are added to Asana, using automation the right tasks are created and assigned with approval requests to ensure it goes live first time every time.


Technical Support

Help Desk

Powered by GrooveHQ we provide a fully featured white-labelled help desk for your clients.  You simply forward your help email address and we can respond to queries. 

Help Guides

Need a guide for your clients on a specific feature or function on their website? We can create a walk through using Scribe that you can send to your client.

Remote Support

Using Team Viewer we can remotely view and control your client’s computer to make resolving issues easier and faster.


Microsoft Services

Microsoft Email

Provide your clients with enterprise level email. A Microsoft Email account provides a 50GB mailbox with all the security your client needs.

Microsoft Business Licenses

Does your client need more than just email? We can provide full Microsoft licenses, Microsoft 365 Business Premium is the license your client needs to provide everything they need.

Reporting

Weekly Summary Emails

Clients don’t want lon reports, they just want to know that their site is up and running, that the backups have worked and that you’re scanning their site. We send a weekly, email based summary report every week.

Monthly Client Reports

If your client does want something a bit more detailed we can send a monthly report. The report details all the work that has been carried out on their website.

Help Desk Reports

If you are using our help desk service you will receive a monthly report detailing the number of tickets that have been opened, dealt with and closed for your clients.

SLA’s

Everything we do is guaranteed by our SLA, you get notified if we breeach our SLA so you’re always in the know.

Alerts & Notifications

If required we can mirror all the alerts and notifications that we receive about your client sites. Slack, teams or email alerts and notifications be can configured to receive alerts and notifications.

White Labelled

All reports that are sent to your clients are sent using your brand, your client never need to knmow we exist.

Security

Server Security

We use Digital Ocean and Vultr VPS servers provisioned via GridPane to provide a secure, responsive, reliable platform for your sites.

Site Security

Every site is protected from hackers using firewalls, bot protection and more. All users are forced to use strong passwords and 2FA.

Patch Stack

PatchStack is deployed on sites to provide protection against zero day attacks. Sites are patched before a plugin/theme update is released.
