Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change host?
You don’t have to change host, note that we are limited to the optimisation and security we can implement as some is server based. To get the most from our service we do recommend you host your sites with us – but we will play nicely with any provider.
Will there be any downtime?
Our migration process means there will be very little downtime. If we are able to migrate your clients over to CloudFlare then downtime, in most cases is zero.
Do you need login details for all our sites?
Depends, if you can provide access to your current control panel and that allows us access to MySQL then we will not require access to invidual sites.
What are your payment terms?
Monthly agreements are payable monthly in advance. Annual payments are annually in advance however we do offer other payment plans, just drop us an email.
Is my client data safe?
We are commited to client security, we enforce 2FA on all our accounts (even where the client does not), access to all systems and servers is tightly conrolled with 2FA, physical passkeys and more.
How does the fail over server work?
For our FailOver service to work effectively your client needs to be using CloudFlare for their DNS. CloudFlare constantly monitors the active IP, as soon as connectivity is lost CloudFlare will route all traffic to the passive server. Note that while all sites on the server will be cloned, only those on CloudFlare will remain up in the event the primary server goes down.
How does the money back guarantee work?
If for any reason you are not happy with the services that are provided you can cancel them at anytime within the first 90 days. No hard feelings, you get a full refund and help ensuring a smooth transition to your new provider.
How does the onboarding process work?
The onboarding process is unique for each client and starts with a call. As soon as you have placed your order you will be able to book your call.
